Q. What does my rental include?
A. Rental includes full use of the facility, indoors as well as the outdoor patio and covered pavilion, tables and chairs, use of audio visual system, walk-in cooler, and ice machine.

Q. Does my deposit go towards the balance of the rental fee?
A. No. The deposit is held to secure the date and for any damages that may occur during rental period. It will be refunded after the event by mail provided there are no damages or excessive clean up.

Q. How many tables and chairs are included with my rental and who sets up the tables?
A. Rental includes 60” round tables and banquet chairs to seat up to 500 guests. Rectangular serving tables are also included. The chairs and tables will be set up and removed by the staff at Spring Creek Place Event Center.

Q. What time does my rental begin and end?
A. Rental period begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 a.m.

Q. What if I need extra rental time?
A. Extra rental time is based on availability and is an additional $100 per hour.

Q. Does Spring Creek Place provide any table linens or tableware?
A. Yes. For your convenience, Spring Creek Place offers a variety of table linens, tableware, and table décor for an additional rental fee.

Q. What services does the staff at Spring Creek Place provide?
A. The caring and professional staff at Spring Creek Place is always on site during your rental period to ensure diligence and ease on the day of your event. Wait staff and bartenders, however, are the responsibility of the tenant.

Q. Is there an extra charge for clean up?
A. No. Clean up is included in your rental. You are responsible for removing all of your possessions that were brought in and placing trash in trash bags at the end of the rental period.

Q. Is there an extra charge for a wedding ceremony?
A. Yes. There is an additional $500 charge for set up of wedding ceremonies that includes up to 300 chairs and 1 ½ hours rehearsal time scheduled upon availability.

Q. Can I use candles?
A. Yes, as long as the candles are in glass containers.

Q. Can the DJ or Band plug into the sound system at Spring Creek Place?
A. No. The sound system at Spring Creek Place is designed for background music only.

Q. What are the rules on decorating?
A. All decorations must be free standing and may not be attached to the walls, ceilings, floors, or windows. Nothing that would leave permanent damage to the facility may be used.
