About Us

Spring Creek Place Event Center is an affordably elegant facility that has become the premier wedding venue in Victoria and the surrounding area. Spring Creek Place opened in June 2010 and was built on family land by brothers, John and Mark McNeill. It is a business that has evolved into an inclusive wedding and event venue that can accommodate many types of events. Day to day operations are managed by Beverly Evans, who is a talented coordinator with many years of experience and ready to help create memorable events.

In September 2014, we purchased another event venue located in the heart of downtown Victoria called Soiree. It is a recently renovated historical building with a modern, industrial feel and is conveniently located near many churches and picturesque locations. This intimate venue offers the same great amenities and services as Spring Creek Place Event Center.

Both of our venues are unique to our area, because we offer services and amenities that other venues do not.   In addition to providing beautiful event spaces, we also offer a wide variety of rental items that includes table linens, tableware, décor items.  All of which are available on site, completely set up by our staff, and is exclusive to our venues. Whether traditional, contemporary, rustic, or casual, we can accommodate every style.

The newest addition to our list of services is catering. Our culinary service is called L6 Catering Company, which is a division of our new restaurant, Frances Marie’s Restaurant and Cantina. With a variety of menu choices, our executive chef and their culinary team can help select and prepare the perfect menu for each event.

With all of our amenities and services, we have created two unique event venues that distinguish us from any other facilities in our area. By offering all of these services within one company, along with our talented team, enables us to be a part of the whole experience and ease the stress on your special day and providing a truly unforgettable experience!
