Spring Creek Place Event Center is an affordably elegant venue for your next occasion. We also offer a wide array of rental items consisting of linens, tableware, cocktail rounds and table décor. All of these amenities and services, paired with our caring and professional staff, are sure to provide a truly unforgettable experience.

Rental Rates:
Monday – Thursday: $1,500
Friday & Sunday: $2,500
Saturday: $3,500
Daytime Conference Rates: Monday –Thursday: $600
Wedding Ceremony Rates: Rental Fee plus $500
Wedding ceremony package includes:
> 300 white wooden ceremony chairs
> Ceremony chairs set up and removed by Spring Creek Place Staff
> 1 ½ hours of rehearsal time scheduled upon availability of facility
$500 security and damage deposit is required to secure the date.
½ rental payment is due 90 days prior to event; full rental payment is due 30 days prior to event.
Rental Period
Rental period begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 a.m. on the event date. Rental includes full use of the facility, indoors and outdoors, tables and chairs for up to 500 guests set up and removed by Spring Creek Place staff, as well as an 8’x10’ walk-in cooler, 1,000 lb. ice machine, and audio visual system.
Some items may be dropped off prior to the rental period for no extra charge. For these circumstances, special arrangements must be made prior to the event and approved by the Spring Creek Place management. All personal possessions, decorations, food, etc. need to be removed at the end of the rental period.
Spring Creek Place Event Center management will be on site during the rental period and will assist in table and chair set up and removal when using the tables and chairs provided by Spring Creek Place Event Center.
Number of Tables and Chairs Available:
> 500 banquet chairs (inside only)
> 300 folding white chairs (outside only)
> 64 round sixty-inch dining tables (comfortably seats 8 per table)
> 32 rectangular serving tables (10 eight-foot, 20 six-foot tables and 2 four-foot tables)
