The Basics

A full-day rental begins at 8AM and ends at midnight (12:00AM), with the event ending no later than 11:30PM. 

  • One meeting with the coordinator prior to the event for finalizing details. Additional meetings are available at an additional cost determined by location and duration of the meeting.

  • Day-of coordination with our on-site event coordinator.

  • Complete Event Coordination Packages are available. Price determined upon service request.

Event Rentals Include

On-site amenities and equipment available with all event rentals at no additional cost.

  • Tables and chairs for 400 attendees

  • Venue set-up, breakdown, and trash cleanup after the event

  • Kitchen, dressing room suites, outdoor area (includes back patio and pavilion)
